  • Payments must be made at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Service fees are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

  • Refunds for prepaid packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to:

  • Follow the treatment plan and advice given by our practitioners.

  • Inform us promptly of any side effects or health changes.

  • Treat our staff and fellow patients with courtesy and respect.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Results affected by incorrect information provided by the patient.

  • Misuse or non-adherence to treatment protocols.

  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our liability is limited as per applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and printed materials—including logos, text, images, and designs—belongs to Yogakshema Ayurveda Hospital. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. In case of disputes, we encourage amicable resolution. Failing which, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
